He has extensive international success implementing world-class progressive continual improvement strategies, empowerment based continuous improvement cultures and improving financial results in Fortune 500 companies. 

Riaz has worked with Fortune 500 global organizations like, Philips, Flextronics, ThyssenKrupp and Accenture with multi-disciplined senior leadership roles in China, the United States, Hong Kong and the APAC Region.

Riaz has successfully managed productivity & quality improvement projects in various disciplines for companies like Dell, Microsoft, Apple, Motorola, NVidia, IBM, Sony Ericson, Kyocera, Bellsouth etc. He has well rounded diversified Business and Operational Excellence experience in product lines like consumer electronics, life style, telecom and complex intelligence based electro-mechanical systems like fast speed elevators and escalators.

 Riaz is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ) with extensive experience in LSS training, coaching and deployment strategy. He has accomplished in strengthening competitive advantage by reducing product and process costs, improving quality, on-time delivery performance and shortening lead times. Riaz holds an MBA, with a Concentration in Ops & Technology from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and a BA in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. Riaz is a multi-cultured person as a global citizen and fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin), Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and conversational Cantonese/Shanghainese. He enjoys travelling around the world.
